Marathon Tube Fired Hot Tack Sprayer

Available in TPS 210, TPS 250 or TPS 300. All are available on trailers or skid mount. They have 5.5hp Honda engines. Material temperature thermometer is 50- 550 degrees F. Two vapor propane burners are 50,000 BTU. The capacity is 210 gallons for the TPS 210, 250 gallons for the TPS 250 and 300 gallons for the TPS 300. All pumps are 10gpm. Trailer units come with electric brakes. Unit shown is a trailer mount. Options such as hose reel and 6‘ spray bar are available.

Marathon Underfired Power Sprayer

The UPS200T and the UPS300T are 200 gallon and 300 gallon underfired power emulsion sprayers with 5.5hp Honda engines, 10gpm pumping systems with flushing tank, single 410,000 BTU vapor propane burners, electric brakes and 10“ filler lid c/w 18” manhole. Options of larger engines, hose reels, portable spray bars on wheels, etc. are available.

Marathon Diaphragm Pumping Systems

These units are available with hand agitation or hydraulic agitation and come in 300 gallon, 550 gallon or 1000 gallon. The DPS300 has the hand agitation and can be purchased on a trailer or just a skid mount. Hydraulic agitation machines are available in a trailer mount for the DPS550 and available in skid mount for the DPS1000 and DPS550. Electric brakes are included on all trailer mount machines. These machines are equipped with 75 ft. hose and application wand. Hydraulic units have full sweep three blade agitation and the 300-gallon units have hand controlled, full sweep, two blade agitation. All of the units have 9hp Honda engines on the air compressors. Basket strainer filtration system is installed on all these units as well. Trailer mount unit shown.

Marathon Portable Diaphragm Pumping Systems

DPS5 and DPS9 are portable units for cold-pour crack filling and the DPS9 works for Coaltar with sand, primer and latex. The DPS5 has a 5.5hp Honda engine and the DPS9 has a 9hp Honda engine. 9hp unit shown.

Marathon Compound Melting Kettles

A 65-gallon unit is available in these rubberized asphalt kettles in a skid mount or trailer mount with electric brakes on the trailer. This model is designed to handle smaller jobs with elevator access or small areas. This unit has a 2.5hp Honda engine and has a mechanical agitation. The 145, 245 and 370-gallon propane fired compound melting kettles are trailer mounted and have electric brakes. They have 5.5hp Honda engines. UCMK145T & UCMK245T units have a single 410,000 BTU vapor propane burner with auto shut-off valve and the UCMK400T, which is the 370 gallon unit, has two 410,000 BTU vapor propane burners with auto shut-off valve. Diesel fired units are also available in the 145 gallon and 245 gallon kettles which come equipped with electric brakes, single diesel burner, diesel Kubota engine, hydraulic agitation plus other optional equipment. Marathon Hot Mix Transporter

Patching jobs are ideal for these units because of the ability to maintain the proper temperature of the patching material at the job site. These units come in 2 ton or 4 ton capacity. A 500,000 BTU liquid burner or a 410,000 BTU vapor burner is available on the 4 ton model. The 2 ton model has a 100,000 BTU vapor burner.

Marathon Liquid Asphalt Distributors

Hot tack insulated distributors come in 585-gallons or 1000-gallons and can be trailer mounted or skid mounted. The 585-gallons comes with a 5.5hp Honda engine or an 11hp Honda engine while the 1000-gallons comes with the 11hp Honda engine. A 5.5hp engine has a 10gpm pumping system and an 11hp engine has 60gpm pumping system. They all have a single vapor propane burner on them. Marathon Power Emulsion Spray Unit

Cold tack spraying units are available in 210-gallon capacities and also in a portable unit when a material drum is used as the supply tank. These units all come with a 5.5hp Honda engine and 10gpm pumping system. The 210-gallon unit can be skid mounted or trailer mounted and comes with a 10-gallon flushing tank. Spray wands with 30‘ to 40’ hoses are included with all units too. Skid mount PES200 shown.

Marathon Power Asphalt Spray Unit

Non-heated asphalt sprayers are available in skid mount or trailer mount with 5.5hp Honda engines and 10gpm pumping systems. They are 210-gallon units. Marathon Pavement Crack Router

Marathon Random Concrete Router

The RCR24 is powered by a 24hp Onan engine. A Donaldson air cleaner system with pre-cleaner, a water attachment, 12 volt battery, 5 gallon fuel tank and 1/2 x 8 diamond blade are all included with unit.
